Nek Mohamed was born in Afghanistan and had had
the idea of founding the Afghan Museum to make Afghanistan
more accessible to the interested fellows and also
to maintain a piece of home for hinself and all
other Afghan people who are living in Germany.
The museum was artistically created by Mr. Hessan.
He is an Afghan artist who was living in Germany.
The first opening of the museum was 03/26/1998.
The Museum doesn`t get any financial support. It
is exclusively based on a privat budget.
